Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role based in Honolulu, HI. The Attorney will advise and represent clients in immigration, family law, and estate planning matters, including preparing and filing legal documents, motions, and petitions. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing case law and statutes, meeting with clients to assess needs, and developing case strategies. The Attorney will negotiate settlements when appropriate, appear at hearings and court proceedings, and collaborate with staff to ensure timely, accurate case management. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients, managing deadlines, and upholding ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice and support clients through complex legal processes.

• Strong Research skills for case preparation, statutory interpretation, and analysis of regulations and precedents.
