A Cake Decorator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing premier customer service, including greeting them and responding to questions Icing, decorating, packaging, labeling, and pricing products. Icing, decorating, tray, and maintaining freezer and refrigerated showcase Organizing and rotating stock in the Decorator's freezer Maintains adequate amounts of products in display cases Filling customer special orders and keeping track of all custom orders so that they are available to the guest by the scheduled day and time.
