I’m partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company whose connected worker platform helps manufacturers across North America upskill their frontline teams, share knowledge, and run safer, more efficient operations. They’re hiring a number of Commercial Account Executives to run a high volume of new business deals end to end, from first conversation to signed contract.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through outbound prospecting, market research, and close collaboration with Sales Development
\n
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close, moving deals at pace
\n
• Build tailored business cases that tie the platform to each prospect’s operational priorities
\n
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff from signature to long-term value
\n
• Keep forecasting and pipeline data accurate in Salesforce
\n
• Use AI for research, account planning, conversation intelligence, drafting, and CRM work
\n
• Share customer and market insights with leadership to shape go-to-market and product direction
\n
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and virtual conferences
\n

What you bring

\n
• 5+ years of B2B sales or full-cycle closing experience with a track record of hitting or beating targets
\n
• SaaS sales experience, or strong transferable skills plus genuine interest in manufacturing or industrial tech
\n
• Confidence running a busy pipeline independently
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
\n
• Real hustle: you’re energized by volume and velocity, not waiting on one big deal
\n
• A curious, hands-on approach to AI and modern sales tools
\n
• Based in the Central or Eastern US, near a major airport, and comfortable with travel
\n
