Lee Dental Care is looking for an experienced Insurance & Billing Coordinator to join our patient-focused team. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, great with people, and confident navigating dental insurance and billing, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

What You’ll Do

• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance questions
• Process and reprocess dental insurance claims
• Help patients understand their billing, treatment costs, and financial options
• Present treatment plans and clearly explain financial arrangements
• Set up and coordinate patient payment schedules
• Work with in-house Dental Savings Plans, CareCredit, and similar financing programs
• Collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional patient experience
• Help keep billing and insurance processes accurate, organized, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of dental experience is required
• Strong dental insurance experience, including verification and claims
• Experience with dental billing and financial arrangements
• Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing finances with patients
• Experience with CareCredit and/or dental savings plans
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
