This role involves guiding IP strategy, managing the patent portfolio, and overseeing outside counsel. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a patent strategy. Collaborating with the scientific team to identify patenting opportunities. Managing outside counsel on patent preparation and prosecution. Qualifications: J.D. and USPTO Registration.
